    Sipapu trails

Thinking about heading up to Sipapu to do some camping with the family, does anyone know about the trails around there? Any good single track?

I'm too new to mountain biking to know of any good singletracks in the area but I'm very familiar with the area on my Jeep. There's a few single track type trails along NM 518 like Gallegos Trail, Comales Canyon, Flechado trail. Not sure if many peole MTB them but I can tell you that most of those are quite steep to begin with. I know the Gallegos trail is steep for the first mile or so. Up La Junta Canyon theres lots of double track off the main forest road of which will eventually take you to Cerro Vista which is like 15 miles up then turns to standard double track or dirt2 track as we call them at work where I do GIS mapping.
