Oh, hell yes! REM was awesome as usual About time a had a FS to enjoy it, well the DH, the climb I did not do so well,

Buddha, as always you got some mad skills bro First person I have EVER seen clean that spot we all know on REM we call the
derailleur killer . Very job job on that section as well as the others.

RCC, you are right man I think I need to add REM to my top 5. You were on it as well, nice brother . Thanks for the beer .

AndyN, thanks for showing us this trail last year, since then we cannot get enough. Looking forward to riding with you soon.

Shile, man it was a sick watching you session a few of those logs and you did great for being on the HT. Still wish you would have taken the big hit but maybe this week we (Bryan to) can get back to North.

Bruce did not see you most of the day but good call on REM today. You and Bryan had the plan and man it was a sweet day. Still wanted to see you hit a few of those rollers and "THE" drop but next time. Thanks for the beer as well

Jose, glad you were on the Turner today, what a sweet bike man. Good job on the second roller.

Crux, have to admit you did really good man. You need to trust you bike and you ability more but in time bro. Thanks for offering to drive today; sorry I was running late (thatís so odd because Bryan knows I am ALWAYS 10 to 15 mins early).

Yo, where are the photos? Can't ride REM without posting some photos to make the rest of us green with envy.

Ask and ye shall recieve! REM is in AWESOME shape. The good thing about having a trail become "known" is that it actually gets ridden. All the traffic has really packed in the trail nicely. We even saw some hikers venturing down further into the canyon. And the conditions were perfect Had a cool breeze with some moderate cloud cover on the way up and as we crested more clouds rolled in making for a sweet, cool descent. I figured you would have seen the thread and wanted to tag along. ON with the show

Been waiting all year to hit the upper REM and it was quite a bit different than the last time I was there, eh Von

I will see you later, I hope. After yesterdays ride, I may just drop in at North Faulty. Anyone want to join me and shuttle us back at the end? I really want to scout North Faulty.

Damn Bruce, for not seeing you half of the day you sure had a good ride. Your "only problem on the trail" was our inability to keep up. Next time be more considerate...uh, I mean sensitive

    Nice pics, BTW!

Man, what a fun ride. Bruce, excellent pics and brew...thanks. The weather and scenery were A+. All except for the roughest and rockiest parts, the HT was ok and I managed to only break a bottle cage. I think I popped 1000MG+ of ibuprofen that day. Still amazes me that Bryan can drink, smoke cigarettes and ride uphill like that...

Rick, me and Bryan are riding NFH tomorrow afternoon (Wed.) from Embudito to the tram...no dabs.

Foothills , looking for something more AM on the Nomad if you know what I mean. Maybe if you and Bryan bring your big bikes. I still do not have my hardtail built up and Bryan said for some of that stuff I will need a hardtail.

I need to get a new cable and put on that right trigger Bryan gave me anyway. I was planning on taking today off, prob just hit the gym and get some things done I have been putting off.

    Nice pics!

Can you provide any more information on this trail?
A search for "REM" turned up nothing (not even this thread )..
