    NBR: A taste of NM here in Lousyana..

    Just arrived from a farm near my mom's place; a bushel of aromatic, delicious Big Jim chiles fresh off a farm near Los Lunas..

    I'll be roasting and prepping them for the freezer for the rest of the week...

    Imagine living in a place that enchiladas do not come with chile on them.. I'm totally serious! You can get want looks like Hormel's canned chili meat or cheese sause but no chile. And to think 'enchilada' means 'in chile.'
