    Mondragon

no longer does south boundary need a shuttle.Ride the mondragon as a loop or an in n out and you can get more miles and plenty of more singletrack. find it, ride it, then hide it from haters

twice a week is more than the wife gives ya?

yeah two days in Taos this last week exploring what was known as the mythical Mondragon trail. The 2nd ride was blessed by The Weasel as the know it all in what to ride in NewMexico and Colorado.
Parked at the covered wagon rode up to osha ,Quitana .Picked up trail 164 rode practically to Taos then hit the Mondragon to ride back to Valle Escondido where we parked.THe brutal pat was the tree miles of canyon hiway{hairball} from Mondragon to Valle Escondido.

All the entire loops starting and finishing on the Angel Fire side are way better than any of the eastern trails or the South Boundary ride. I've always wondered why people waste their time shuttling for South Boundary when better rides can be found at the eastern trails that are near the brginning of South Boundary, without any shuttle. I guess it keeps the short-sighted and easily persuaded followers out of the ggod stuff. Not a bad or good thing.
But the crew in this thread definitely put in an epic day...congrats!
