    Manzanos

    Just got back in town. What're the conditions in the Manzanos after the recent rain?

    No idea where the echo came from, but it gives me the opp. to say that I gotta fire up the damn furnace first. Tad bit cooler than when I left week before last.

    It's supposed to freeze in Alb this week, which is about 2 weeks earlier than recent years. Been riding the Manzanos into the first week of Dec the last 2 years. I hope that doesn't change.

    i rode at cedro yesterday. coyote, mighty mule, lone pine. all sweet. a few patches of mud but very rideable. but it is an area in east mountains that has good exposure and drains a bit better than west side of 337( tunnel, otero, david canyon).

    We did David-Otero and tunnel today. Its all in great shape and even better tomorrow.
