    FYI: Bear on Winsor

I saw a black bear on Winsor Trail today, about 1/2 mile below the junction with the Chamisa Trail, near one of the higher stream crossings.

He (she?) wasn't all that huge, but I thought I'd let you all know.

you think this thread is worthless without pics? why? a picture of the bear wouldn't be helpful...i just thought people would want to know to keep their eyes and ears peeled when on lower-winsor.

she's hot and all, but what do pictures of my ex-girlfriend have to do with anything?

I live near the bottom of the Winsor and we've had a bear walk past our place almost every night lately... Cougars and bobcat are frequent visitors too. Keep your eyes peeled for wild life.

Interesting about the cougars/bobcats. I've heard the sometimes wear leopard prints to disguise themselves.

Did you see any young in-training?

Well he could mean that men are visual and we like pics

Trying to be helpful is cool but bears in the forest? Isn't that like saying there is birds in the sky or sharks in the ocean? If you want to be helpful you got some tips if we need to fight that bear off if we run into him (or her)?

There's enough Bandolero content in this forum that more meat for the ladies is normally unnecessary.

    This'll freshen the ladies up.
