    Held under USAC Permit, Rain or Shine, No Race Day Registration

    Register in person or online.

    RACE CATEGORIES:
    Pro, Cat 1 (Expert), Cat 2 (Sport), Cat 3 (Beginner), Single Speed Open

    All classes will be divided between male and female riders and into

    USA Cycling age categories:
    Juniors 18 and Under, Ages 19-29, Ages 30-39, Ages 40-49, Ages 50+.

    All classes must have a minimum of 5 racers. Any classes with less than 5 racers will be combined.

    The course will be on the north east side of the Franklin Mountains on State Park and Bowen Ranch land.

    Pro/Cat1/Single Speed - 26 miles, Cat 2 – 18.5 miles, Cat 3 – 9.7 miles

    PRIZES & AWARDS
    Pro: 1st - $300, Pro 2nd - $200, Pro 3rd - $100
    Cat 1: 1st - $100, 2nd - $75, 3rd - $50
    Single Speed & Cat 2, 3: Product Prizes and Swag

    COST
    Race Fee $35.00 until March 31, 2013, $45.00 if you register April 1 -6, 2013
    Juniors Pay $15.00 until April 6, 2013
    Race T-Shirts (sizes S M L XL) $10.00

    ALL RACERS MUST HAVE A USA CYCLING LICENSE
    A $10.00 one day license is available for Single Speed, Cat 2 and Cat 3 racers.

    CAT 1 RACERS MUST HAVE AN ANNUAL USA CYCLING LICENSE

    PACKET PICKUP
    Saturday April 6, 2013 at The Bicycle Company 3800 N Mesa Suite D-5 El Paso, Texas 79902. Packet pick up and last chance for registration 12:00 - 6:00 PM. (915)544-2453.
    Camping will be available to all racers and spectators Saturday April 6, into Sunday evening on April 7.
    We ask that everyone treat the race venue and ranch area with respect and leave your area “cleaner than you found it.”
    The venue entrance is located 2.6 miles north of U.S. 54 on Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. (Farm to Market Road 3255) on the west side of the road. There will be race signage.

    IMPORTANT: Transmountain Road is scheduled to be closed on Sunday morning for another event. To get to the race venue, use either Highway 404 (Anthony Gap) (north of El Paso) to Highway 54 South, or use I-10 to Highway 54 North.

    1. You will need a filled out and signed release form to pick up your number. If you registered online, pre-filled release form was emailed to you. You can save time at check in if you bring it with you.

    2. If you want to pick up your buddy’s race number, you need to bring his/hers filled out and signed release form.

    4. If you have an annual USAC MTB license, bring it with you for verification at check in.
