    Big loop around Sandias

I'm thinking next time I come to ABQ, I'm going to ride the foothills, take the frontage along I40 east up to 14, then toward the crest to come back down 165 via Placitas and back via 2nd (or 4th) street from Bernalillo. I'll be starting this from approximately 4th and Osuna, taking the medley of arroyo trails up to the foothills.

Are there any dirt section on the east side besides 165 coming back down? Looking on the map for example there is ranch road from 14 to 536. But some trails would even be better.

It's pretty rugged terrain back there. I know how you could do it, but it would be extremely difficult for me to explain. I don't have any maps that I could outline a decent grid on and word for word would still get you lost. Why not just ride up Faulty/10k to get a ST fix?

Thats is a good loop - I have done it, but the last hill coming up from the frontage road up tramway after that ride is one to remember. If you do it let me know.

There you go! Crash used to live in Placitas and if anyone can fumble their way through that area it's him.

Yah, do you seriously need to get rid of some kitties?

    If you do, holla back.
