3 Bottles....

Whomever put the sign up for 3 Bottles is asking for trouble. During a quick jaunt yesterday we found that some saboteurs had layed some timber on the trail throughout the entire section. dtimms and I cleaned it all up...thanks Dallas! Seems that folks who get angry when pics are posted referencing this trail on MTBR would know better. I am pretty sure this is not a legit trail, but has been adopted by a majority of riders, so placing a sign at the entry is only welcoming other user groups that really don't appreciate how fun this trail is. BTW...I love that section of trail and would hate to see it disappear. Thanks to all that assisted in the building of the 3 Bottles ( aka Secret Stash ) That is all

In its current state you are correct, but there used to be 3 Bottles. The third disappears every once in a while. I looked for it but it wasn't in the vicinity. .

Hmmm... Last year there were 2 of 'em and that was the trail name. Is it going to change every time someone finds a bottle?

That would be up to whomever built the trail. I have always called it Secret Stash ( this is the official name adopted by the 'Bandoleros' )

I will stick with Secret Stash since that's the first name I was told first time I road it (and it sounds better ).

Perhaps the trail has become a bit to popular. Have two who still have yet to visit the stash. They might bring some added class...

Might want to let nature reclaim the trail....(at least partially)

Secret Stash....eh I dunno. Sounds too much like Secret Squirrel. I doubt a certain bad@$$ cartoon superhero rodent wouldn't approve of an illicit trail named somewhat tangentially after him.

What did the sign say?
"My life's ambition is to see a musical version of MacBeth performed by chickens."

Was there last week... The three bottles had an addition to the family. Some "can" from south of the border!

Was it Sancha or Sancho Can?

So, the "sign should say..." 3 Bottles & Can? Are you sure there weren't just 2 Bottles?
