OK delete that entry - just noticed I'm not in New Mexico! Do have good memories of having a skyrocket fight on the Rio Grande Gorge Bridge one night though.

Thar's no rule that says you gotta be from New Mexico. Besides, I might be Ridnparadise someday.

    Thanks cactus!

BTW, Duke City Donuts is dabomb! I'm right around the corner. I've weaned myself off of the Bucks in favor of their coffee.

You tried one of those baconchocolate donuts?

If you haven't tried them, you are missing out.

Bird House is the unofficial name for the new trail above the Tunnel Canyon trail. I have heard Kerry call it that so I imagine that name will stick. About 3 miles long and has great flow.

LOL! I think Kerry's Bone may not be put in as the office name. Although it is better than Bird House.

    Tacky

Many (most) of us do it, for the ride, not for the credit or "rep".

It's tacky to try to get credit for the work.

Go enjoy the fruits of your labor, and relish in knowing that others are enjoying it.

Ok, but give cred where cred is due. Kerry and Ryan did a lot of upfront work to get approval for Da Bone then spent many weekends doing the organizing thing to make it happen. After a lot of work It is finally finished and we now have a great new addition to the trail system.

I can't wait for more projects next summer, new trail or reroutes. The Golden trail will dive into the arroyo to link up a very scenic spring and fall riding area. And the Kerry/Ryan duo have the winter to plan more projects. I'm hoping Sattler opens up some new options for the SFHs (seems we could extend the trail system to the cross on the rock). More work on mountain bike trails is happening than I've seen for many years.
