    WVP/Chimney Rock TM Sunday 8-12 11:30am

    Just a reminder that there is a scheduled trail maintenance @ Washington Valley Park (Chimney Rock) this Sunday August 12th @ 11:30am. If you are available to help please meet @ the Newman's Lane parking lot by 11:30am & the plan is to put in 3 hours of work.

    These folks are doing an outstanding job in WVP and Sourlands. I rode WVP last weekend and I can plainly see a marked improvement in wet and perpetually muddy areas from last year. If you can steal away and pitch in, I urge you to lend a hand. You won't be sorry

    I'll be there, im bringing a friend too. I was just there this afternoon and the trails are a mess, trees are down everywhere, evidently a small tornado blew through the trail head by the ball fields, it would be a good idea if someone brought a chainsaw.

    probably not, im not sure what were planning on doing, i was just saying there was a bunch of downed trees from the storm that'll need to be cut up.
