    Tires for Sourland?

So I took my first ride at Sourland on friday....
I live 1 mile from the trails at Mercer County, and Sourland is ... different, in a very fun way.
In any case, it was wet and rocky and grip was something of an issue. I roll a hardtail 29er - any tire advice from the experienced locals?
    Thanks!

The conditions on Friday at the Sourlands were pretty greasy from all the recent rain, so just about any tire is going to be challenged. But if your looking for 29er tire recommendations, I've had good luck with Maxxis Ardent 2.4's. I just picked up a Conti Trail King 29er tire that I've yet to ride there, but I have high hopes for since I love the 26er version.

I'll agree with that! There was one bridge i couldn't stand on in my Sidis. Greasy is the word.
    Thanks for the tire info.
