Sourlands Mountain Preserve Good For Kids?

We'll be the area Saturday and want to get an idea of what it's like.
We have an 8, 10 and 11 year old.
Harshore is too hard and Huber is just right.
    Thanks!
There's a big difference between ripping and skidding. Those who skid don't know how to ride.

Technical, rock gardens .. A lot of elevation, probably not a good place or kids. Six Mile Run is right down the road, a lot more friendly for kids IMO

According to mtbnj trail directory, hartshorne is rated intermediate and sourlands is expert. I wholeheartedly agree. If you find hartshorne too hard, you will find sourlands a demonspawn playground where the souls of a 1000 bastard children rot from the pain and suffering of disillusioned bikers whose hopes and happiness were destroyed by blood and rocks...
    I love that place!

This is funny as hell...and true!
Awesome place for advanced riders! Take the kids hiking there. (Hiking is easier without a bike)
