Try Vegas Cyclery. Don't know if they have hard trails, but I rented a full suspension and they were great. They sawed an inch off their perfectly good Thompson seatpost for me.

Las Vegas Cyclery - they Don't have Hard tails but they have 29er santa cruz superlites, and 29er specialized.. You can try calling them and see if they will make a special arrangement for a 29er hard tail tho. 702-596-2953
