Its hard to see/tell on my phone but I don't think that's a Mtb trail? It looks like the valley of fire road ride. From the firework store.

I've done quite a bit of exploring around Logandale/Overton (just north of V of F) over the years but have never found too much in the way of good mountain bike trails. I've ridden the ATV trails west of Logandale a few times and played on some fo the slickrock stuff around there which is similar to Valley of Fire but that's about all I've found. Lots of sand.

There are some cool hiking trails in the Valley of Fire State Park but I assume those are off limits to bikes. Anyone know otherwise?

The few times I have hiked on valley of fire trails, the signs have been marked to show only hikers allowed. Bummer it would be fun on a bike.
