    Blue Diamond

Just wanted to let Nevada know that I appreciate the trail work that's been done in the Blue Diamond area. My wife and I went for a vacation last week to visit Sin City. That was fun and all, but the riding was amazing. Rented a pretty nice 29er from McGhie's Outpost which was right near the trailhead. After a little coffee and some beta from the shop owner (really awesome guy), I hooked up with some locals hanging around the shop and managed to get a couple of 3-4 hour rides in without worrying about navigating. The desert terrain is awesome and there seemed to be unlimited milage. I don't know the names to all the trail but I had a freakin blast. We have a ton of riding in my area of TN but nothing as expansive as the Blue Diamond area. Y'all need to put together an endurance race sometime, it'd be sold out in no time. Thanks again Nevada

    Thanks for posting up

We love to hear the feedback about our local trails and cycling amenities, especially after answering all the "where to" questions.

Here's just three of the many Blue Diamond Trail Masters. Without these guys starting the trails, I don't think anyone would be riding out there

Unfortunately the real trail builders are long gone.

I saw some horses out there when I first got here in 2005, but not since. It is a bummer the BLM took them out.

June 7, 2010. This was the last horsey I saw out near Wilson's Tank. Looked to be in great shape.

OP : I'm glad you and your wife enjoyed the Blue Diamond/CW riding.

This was December 2011 near Wilson's Tank. Life always finds a way.

Oct 2011 Bighorn Pass above Wilsons Tank.

I wish I could :banghead: no matter which way i rotate before i send it it comes out sideways. I tried to delete it but no go.
    I can't see them either
But it's a cream mare with her pure white colt.
They are the first horses I've seen since the "round up"
I promise to never post pics from my phone again

Can you rotate your pic Kenny? I can't see the horse.
