Im spending memorial day weekend in Laughlin and was wondering if theres any good trails nearby. Im a beginner rider thats not in the best shape so it cant be anything killer.
I know it gets hot but im thinkin it might be cool enough for some short morning rides.
I have not heard of any in Laughlin. Its a small town so there might not be much of a MTB scene but I do not know. There are plenty of trails in Boulder City and I know that there are trails in the Kingman area that some people like. I'm not sure on drive times from Laughlin but Kingman looks a little closer on google maps.
Never heard of any in Laughlin.
Kingman should only be 30'ish mins.
Behind the Chevron station on Beale is a dirt road that leads to a trail head for Monolith Gardens. You can't really get lost, your in a valley. Begginer friendly area. Trail on the outside will be more rocky, inside stuff mostly smooth. The fun stuff is on the far west edge. It will get hot so the earlier the better. If your not tubless just stay in the middle or bring more than a couple tubes.
Rumor has it that there's trails in the mtns east of bullhead city, can't give ya anymore info than that.
