What's the deal with this Rumble?

The seat stay and rear dropouts are different. What gives?

    Here is the link.

This is clearly a 2004 frame. It may have been sitting around and finally built in 2009, but it is a 2004.

It should be pretty easy to tell because of the rear dropouts. 2005 onward had replaceable dropouts that could be used to convert them from vertical to horizontal and even 29er. Pre 2005 had fixed dropouts with a replaceable hanger.

If I am wrong anyone else can chime in on it. I have an 04 model year in red though.

Correct djr8505, 2005 was the first year of removable dropouts
