    I have always recommended the battery to shorter and/or kid riders. It can't be beat, 5 inches of travel with a 20 inch top tube. That is why I built one for my fiancee who is just below five feet tall and it has improved her riding tremendously.

    Yep. It isn't designed with a dual ring setup in mind, but it can be done with problem solvers parts.

    to tame the mountains here in Houston all you really need is a 1x9 and since we do 1-2 downhill bike trips a year I have both of my batterys set up like that.
