Overhaulin', BOS'ing a Fury
Last year I decided to update the Fury, It had'end been uodated for some time, and it was a mix of cheap'n heavy and expensive but light (ang maybe fragile) in XC format.

I decided from the beginning that I wanted the Fury to be more of an Enduro bike, rather than bold XC/All Mountain. So next was to select and gather parts.
And this is what came out.

Not much from what was original on the bike still is there.
Only the frame, headset, cranks/BB, saddle, the rest is all new.
All the parts.....
Mountain Cycle Fury (obviously ) from 2006
Fork: Bos Deville 160mm
Shock: Bos Vip'R 190mm
Brakes: Hope Tech V2 Evo, Hope Mono 185mm discs
Gearing: Sram X9 Shifters/derraileurs, XT 11-34, Still 9speed, Shimano XTR M960 cranks, XT PD-M785 Trail pedals
Wheels: Hope Pro2 Evo hubs, Mavic EN 521 rims
Steering: Easton Haven handebar and stem
Funn seatpost, Fi'Zi'k Nisene saddle, Intense ITS Type 4 tyres 2.25

Sweet bike
Dude that's a killer setup...nice bike...single pivot rocks Would like to get your impressions of the BOS fork...is that a Deville? I'm considering a BOS Deville 140 for my Foes XCT so would like to get your candid opinion of how your BOS performs. Looks like there's plenty of fork arch clearance for 27.5 wheels as well. Wonder if there would be any crown clearance issues though.

It is a Deville indeed.
And that opinion could take a while, it's still needs the correct setup, and I am busy with that, but it will not be soon when that will be sorted out.
