Need help with bike ID (lots of pics)

Hey guys. I have had this bike sitting in my garage for a few years. My friend built it and sold it to me for a few bills when he moved away as it was to big to transport with him. I dont know anything about it and would like to know more about the components that make it up.

I am assuming there are various parts that make up the bike and was wondering if any of you guys could compile a list as well as some type of value for me. Also assuming we can identify it (or most of it) what would the value be on this bike, as a whole as it stands.

Thank you! and if this is the wrong place for this thread please tell me where to move it.

with the damage done to the top tube it would be a parts bike ... old parts at that

$0 for the frame and maybe a couple hundred for the rest of the parts
I used to ride to Win ... Now I ride to Grin

While my guitar gently weeps, my bike sits there mocking me

Most valuable parts are the swingarm and seat tower.

Sorry to tell you this, but your frame is worthless with the dents. However, there could be someone looking for a rear swing arm! You could also just part everything out on eBay. They're offering free listings this month.

Looks like a Short seat tower as it doesn't have a weld seam down the front. They're hard to come by so that would fetch some good cash.

That looks like a medium seat tower, not a small.
