I just want to give a BIG thank you to Eric at Niner for going above and beyond with a warranty issue regarding my cracked MCR frame. I can't say enough about the customer service I received. It was less than a week from shipment of my warranty frame before I was building my new replacement. Eric was in contact with me throughout the entire process and answered-all my e- mails promptly. I greatly appreciate the way Niner conducted business with me.
