Help with sag on a 2013 Rockshox REBA RLT solo air on a Fantom team DS

OK I just bought a Fantom Team DS from BD. The bike came with a 2013 REBA RLT Solo Air. I'm new to having air shocks and I received no paperwork on how to set them up. After watching videos and reading ever google search it would seem that between 25-30% sag would be right. I tried setting up the sag bases on the chart on the shock and thing are not right. I'm 220 lb.'s the shocks chart says to set the psi to 135 for my weight but if I do that the sag is at 2-5%. I have to air down to 70 psi to get a 25% sag. Does anyone else that has a MOTO have this issue? I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the frame geometry. Here's the big question, should I set the psi to what Rochshox states for my weight or set based on the sag? My last two rides I have had it at 100psi with a sag of 12% and hit some big drops and lots of jumps only used about half of the travel on the shock. Thanks all for the help
