Aquesta bici em sona....M´ha dit el Sergi que igual te la vens? M´interessa, el que passa es que m´haig de fer fundes al dentista, i encara no he arribat a l´extrem de sacrificar la dentadura per una bici...o potser si.

Lots of beautiful bikes here, but most so clean they look they've hardly been ridden. Mine is a bit rougher around the edges. I'll spare you the pix of the dents in the down tube and chain stay, and ingonre the fact that I need to replace the seals and wipers on my fork. The kit has been sitting on my workbench for 6 months and every time I get some time to do the repair, I go riding instead. I've put between 12,000 and 15,000 miles on it since picking it up used in 2005.

1997 YBB Superlight w/ 2x8 drive train and miscellaneous parts mix from 1986 - 2011.

    Another Mountaineer... # 397

I did post this in the VRC as well, but since this is the Moots Forum I'll put it here, too...

'86 Mountaineer, 16" frame w/ 26" wheels. I was measured for this frame by Kent Eriksen in January 1986, and it's been everywhere... up Pearl Pass twice, Moab a dozen times or more, and all over Colorado. Fits like a dream, always does what I ask of her, and so versatile... I couldn't ask for more.

Here is my YBB. Love the new MootoX but not ready to buy one.

Anyone convert their YBB to 650b? I kind of prefer cross country tires so not looking to stuff big rubber in there.

    Hey edebolt,

Very nice looking YBB! Did you have Moots do the refurb and add the disc brake mounts? I have a 2001 YBB and am thinking about sending it to Moots to have that done. I have heard that running a 650b on the front of the YBB works very well. I don't believe a 650b will fit the rear.

Falta. yeah I did the Moots factory refurb a few years ago. I highly recommend it. I think my frame is about year 2000.

One thing I wish I had done was have the rear brake guides drilled out for hydro lines. Not sure if Moots will do that...
