    Recycling Ti?

This is from the General Discussion list, but over there we thought the Ti experts here might help out.

I have a Ti railed saddle that is toast. I don't want to chunk the Ti in the trash, but I have no idea where to start to get the Ti back into the supply chain. How or where do you recycle this stuff?

I thought this sounded like a good idea so I wanted to bump this back up. Especially since the price of raw materials is getting so high.

You wood need to take it to a large recycling trash yard or metal recycler, Moots deals with one in Denver for their Ti (scrap from tube mitering and cutting, etc), it might be tough to locate one in smaller metro area's, google
