How do you fit the post mount brake

Buddy just got a FS Moots...

It has a carbon fiber chainstay.

It has a post mount brake bracket.

The bracket has holes drilled for the caliper bolts.

There are no threads in the hole for the caliper bolts.

Another slightly larger hole is drill perpendicular to the bolt holes at the end of the hole.

It connects to the bolt hole....the diameter reduces to about half and then exits the other side of the bracket.

Nearest we can figure out is to put mould release on the bolt, then fill the hole with fiberglas chop and epoxy to hold the bolt in...

Is he missing a piece or something?

just a guess, but perhaps they use replaceable thread inserts and they are missing?
