    Fork Question on YBB

I had my frame crack on my current bike so I'm looking at a replacement.

Lots of used 26er YBBs out there so am considering this.

I checked the Moots site and for the more recent 18" ones they specify a 100 mm fork.

Now I have an '09 80 mm Fox already and will not be buying another fork as I am trying to minimize costs. Also would this fork have the 20 mm spacer in it thus could be converted to a 100mm? Perhaps a better question for the Shock forum.

What options would I have to keep geometry close to stock?

Or should I just not consider putting a 80 mm fork on it as it would fubar the handling?

Put on the Fox set to 80mm, ride it and see. Then if it's bunk, take it to your local shop and respace it to 100. I've ridden my YBB with both and cannot notice much difference in handeling.
