    24" rear wheel? I don't do much dedicated DH riding, I only go down what I have or can pedal back up, but your new S-8 looks like a rip-roaring good time. Also, looks like this board needs a new forum, for "Chin" bikes. I like it.

    I can't believe I missed this thread.

    Great find CTB! Those frames were tasty. There looks to be a couple easy ways to drop of weight on that bike as well.

    Toe clips?

    BMech, this frame *was* tasty; I'm currently working things out due to shipping damage that ruined the paint and decals and damaged/lost parts along the way, as well as a terminal frame crack at the upper rear pivot pinch bolts that has rendered this frame to wall art. I'm quite deflated, as I was looking forward to making this bike "my own" and taking it somewhere to try gravity riding.

    The toe clips are because those were the only pedals I had laying around that had any kind of platform.
