    Write up on MN Trails

I saw this post come across Facebook today. I wasn't aware of all of the these places. I thought I would share it with others. Great biking photos to look at even if the trails are not news to you.

Cool. Where are you located? We should have a 6 mile trail system open next summer. Hoping to keep it pretty rugged.

I'm in Rochester. Mankato would be a bit of a drive but no worse than a trip to the cities.

Coming back home to minneapolis this weekend, bought a mountain bike in colorado this summer and have never ridden back home, how are the trail conditions around the metro right now?

This is a go to source:
    Minnesota Off-Road Cyclists

Lebanon Hills and some of the other trails post open / closed status on facebook. It's been damp and misty all week. It is hard to say if they will be open or not.

Cool write up. I grew up in Minnesota but live in Milwaukee now and haven't had a chance to ride any Minnesota trails yet. Might be moving back next year so ill have to save this somewhere!

I'm curious about the Spirit Mountain trails. My parents live in Duluth so I'm hoping to be able to get up there next summer and hit some of their trails. Is the spirit mountain stuff doable on a hardtail or would I get pretty beat up?
