    Subaru Cup course description?

Having never ridden the course and not having a chance to ride it beforehand, anyone know generally how the Cat 2 course will be? Technical, easy, lot of climbing, etc.

    Follow up

To piggyback on that, what's the mileage for the Cat 2?

And, can ayone compare a single speed gear choice to blue mounds, cam-rock, or southern kettles?

It's a ski hill (Nordic Mountain) so it's hilly. I haven't ridden it either but rding buddies have many times. They love it. I'm riding Cat 2 also.

    Not bad

Like the other poster said, it was pretty much all on one side of a ski hill, so a lot of up and down, not many flat sections. I found I was overgeared running a 34-18 on a 29er, I think I would have done much better with a 34-20 or 32-18.

I'm planning on hitting Treadfest in Sep, so we'll see how that goes.

As a former WORS SS racer, same gear for LG as you hoped to ride at Mt Morris.

    ?

"hoped to ride", or "wished I rode"? Meaning, same gearing for lake geneva as nordic mtn?
