The Milwaukee trails are still closed but I'd check later for updates
Most of the Chicago area trails are still closed, but that could be changing too.

I think a lot of the trails are still a bit too soft, but I don't think its reasonable to think riders will stay off them this weekend given the warm weather and the long time since trails have been rideable.
For those going out, you should expect the river trails and floodplain trails to be a real mixed bag. High ground should be pretty nice but I would expect some very soft if not outright sloppy spots in the lower areas. If you know your trails, pick routes that keep you out of the low areas, and consider some hike-a-bike through the soft spots to avoid leaving deep tire ruts that will hold water forever and give hikers something to complain about.
And avoid morning rides this weekend. There will be a big difference in trail conditions between mornings and afternoons.
