    it's not mtn biking but...

    it's racing and that's what i truly love. i'll be doing a duathalon today in Neenah. 2 mile run, 20 mile ride, 2 mile run. should be interesting. i've never done 1 before.

    I used to race duos and tris before mountain biking took over. They are very good for fitness.

    it was fun. my 1st 2 mi run was pretty fast for me like 17.5 mins then i did the bike ride in 48 mins and was hammering the 2nd run was a bit slower at 20ish mins for a total by my clock of 1hr and 26 or so mins. still waiting for results to be posted.

    I calculate 25 mph for the riding and ~9 min. miles for the running.

    Offhand I'd say you're a biker.

    i ran 7.5 min miles the 1st 2 and 8 min miles after the bike. i lost time in the transfers. i need to tie my shoes faster next time. haha.
