Is Palos ok for a kid on a tag-a-long?

I'm coming down from Wisconsin on Sunday for a family event and I was wondering if Palos was suitable to ride on with my 4 year old behind me on a Trek Mountain Train? I'm just getting into mountain biking and never realized that there was such a great trail less than 10 minutes from my in-laws. I've taken him with me before at Petrifying Springs in Kenosha, where we're from, and haven't had any problems. Obviously I take it really slow, but he loves going with me. Which part of the trails should we stick to?
The bigger you are, the harder you fall.

The trails at Palos range from very easy to very fun.
Definitely stuff you can pull him through.

Liberty is a well armed sheep, contesting the vote.
