I will be at the Old Man's Cave Chalets which is Hocking Hills (Logan OH) for a faimly reunion next week and I want to ride. Can anybody help with some trails near there or a bike club website I can check out to plan a ride. Thanks in advance for your help.

There is a trail at Hocking Hills State Park that they put in a couple of years ago. It's only 4 miles, and I've heard it doesn't get ridden much.

Aside from that questionable answer, the other trail you'll want to visit is Lake Hope, which is only like 20 miles away from Logan.

jsmit450..... Last trail report I read on July 4th was the trails were a mess at lake hope. Guy said 6 miles in 2 hours. There were some real bad storms a couple weeks ago. Just wanted to give you a heads up.

Yea Lake Hope sounds like a no go. Seen a post on a local trail report and it's still a mess, been wanting to go sucks to hear this. Doesn't sound like there's much clean up going on either.

If you want to drive a bit, there's Great Seal in Chillicothe. It's open and clear from what I've seen, haven't been there myself since the storm. Awesome place to ride, big hills with lots of reward....or bumps and bruises in my book lol.
