    Anyone know this trail: Mile Creek

    Hi

    I am from Austria and I am planning a MTB trip to Montana for the end of August. I found the following article:

    Is This Montana’s Best Singletrack? | adventure journal

    Does anyone know this trail? Sounds awesome, but I cant find more infos? Does anyone have a gps track?

    Thanks for your help....

    He probably saw "MO" and thought Montana. MO = Missouri.

    You'll see a lot of that over here.

    Montana = MT

    There's also
    MN = Minnesota
    ...along with several other "M" states.

    MA = Massachusetts
    MD = Maryland
    ME = Maine
    MI = Michigan
    MS = Mississippi

    Funny part is, no one knows what "mid-west" really means. Even Wikipedia says:
    "The region consists of 12 states in the north-central and north-eastern United States... is sometimes divided into two regions: the East North Central States, the Great Lakes States, which include Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Minnesota, and Wisconsin (states that come in contact with a Great Lake); and the West North Central States, the Great Plains States".

    In the grand geographic scheme of things, "West" in that explanation means little more than it would in "W. 3rd St."

    It's never easier - you just go faster.
