Tires for NW AR Notorious loose gravel?
So, I'm needing to get some new rubber here soon and I was wondering what tires people are having the best luck with on the plentiful loose gravel here in NW Arkansas. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Or specialized ground control, have few friends that run them they are pleased with them. I run specialized renegade there good just not for gravel per say. I like them for street and packed dirt, terrible on loose sand.

Cool, thanks. I've heard good things about those as well. I think I'm gonna give the WTB Bronson's a try. I've heard they work well in gravel. We'll see!

Maxxis Ignitors, Geax Seguaros, Maxxis Ardent: Those all work really well for me.

I don't think it's the tread as much as it is running as low a tire pressure as you possibly can for your weight. Riding at Syllamo, I've experienced great and terrible traction on the rolly stuff from the same tire depending on how much pressure I use. My favorite combo so far has been an Ardent 2.25 front/Ikon rear with 18/20 psi (checked with Topeak pressure gauge).
