Riding places in NLR/ Sherwood area?

I know most go to Burns parl but are there any other areas to ride around here? How is Burns park btw?

Also, is there anywhere in Sherwood/Gravelridge to ride?

Camp Rob isn't too shabby. I'll be out there this afternoon if the rain holds out.

Allsop is not that far into LR from NLR and easy to find. Boyle has some tight turning single track in it. It's pretty surprising how much trail they put in there! Oh, there is also Pfeiffer Loop on the NLR side of the Big Dam Bridge that is a good pretty much flat trail. I've used it as a warm up trail then shoot down the trail to Burns Park to ride the trails out there. That gives you a good variety of riding terrain for sure!

Take his advice! That's my normal ride. Pfeifer to River Trail to Burns. Then to Emerald Park on the R.T. if I have time. I'm lucky though, I live about 2 miles down the road from the Big Dam Bridge in Maumelle

And yeah, Allsop is fun, but there's not a ton of trail there. Very fun to ride to the top and drop back down into the park though.

Camp Robinson is awesome because you can ride out there for hours and not ride the same trail twice. However, it's a little hard to find your way around if you're not familiar with it.

Just keep riding -- you'll stumble across the way out eventually!

alsopp has a great deal of potential but a lot of erosion, walkers, dogs and some fairly technical tho short climbs. good place to do hill intervals but not the best place for riding just for fun... boyle, burns and jackfork are all superior to alsopp. last time i rode boyle tho there was a lot of debris and downed trees on the nature trail/blue trail side.
