Visiting - looking for some trails

    Hi All,

Some friends and I will be driving to a cottage around the US-131 and HWY 10 (Cadillac State Forest/ROund Lake) area next weekend . . . we're looking for some trails that aren't to far to access.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks!

Grand Rapids has some good trails. Never been up there. I mostly ride Fort Custer in battle Creek.

I just moved to the midwest from Colorado and I'm making a trip from Cleveland to enjoy the trails in Marquette, MI. Was wondering if anybody had some suggestions for a place to bike and camp that is somewhere in between probably near I-75...?

Thanks for any help to this newbie midwesterner...

the NCT has a trailhead right on Hwy 10, just east of Branch and a few miles west of where it hits 37. Hit that and head north, sweet ride and close to where you'll be.

After checking out the location, it's pretty far from I-75... know anything closer?
