    Ore to Shore

Anyone else hitting Ore to Shore this weekend? Team Tree Farm will be there with people in both the hard rock and soft rock. I'm just doing the 28 miler but that's enough excuse to party afterwards

The race was fun until I crashed along side the train tracks and had another rider land on top of me.

I bought a new Litespeed Obed just for the race. Well, I'm going to sell!

Does that mean that you are done mountain biking, or done racing, or just done with that bike?

I'm done with the bike. I am going to sell it.

I live in NYC and I don't get to trails often. I will sell the mountain bike and buy another road bike.

Just load it up on the train and head to highbridge....I can't ever see giving up the nobbies....Heck...if I lived that close to NJ, I'd have a downhill bike and be at Diablo every weekend!!!! Too bad I moved out of NJ after graduation and before getting in to MTB.....

I didn't care for Highbridge Park, and all my friends are older and have kids. I'll stick to the road. I'm still in so much pain from a spill in the MTB race that I never want to ride off-road again. Those days are a decade in the past.
