Memorial Day 2013 Trip to CH

Some friends and I are looking to plan a 3 day trip to CH over Memorial Day. Was wondering how the weather usually is and how bad the black flies may be? We will probably camp so that has to be a consideration.

Bugs shouldn't be a problem, snow is just melted, should be a good weekend.
