The Flying Rhino Cycling Club will be holding it's 25th Anniversary Polar Ride on New Years Day. There's nothing better than getting your 2014 cycling season going by racking up some mileage on the first day of the year! The ride starts in Clarkston and covers dirt back roads in North West Oakland County. There is a 7 mile and 16 mile route. It's a very family friendly event so be sure to bring out the kids! Whether you ride a cross bike, mountain bike or fat bike this is a great ride.

There will also be a chili cook-off. Bringing a crock-pot of your finest red is optional, but bringing your appetite is not!
