**HELP - Bicycles In Town Canton - HELP**

Can anyone who knows what has happened to the shop please help me out?

    Long story short:

I paid them for a Niner carbon fork in October and it has been on back order ever since.

I last had an email from the owner on 25th November 2009.

Website is expired, emails bounce back and I just tried to call and the phone number listed for the store is now disconnected.

Has anyone local been into the shop recently? Are they still trading? Anyone have contact info for them?

I've got a very bad feeling that my money is gone.

If anyone who has read this knows Jimmie can they point him in this direction please.

It would be nice to resolve this like gentlemen.

Yeah, I've come to that conclusion. I've had a couple of local racers tell me what a "stand up guy" the owner is, and he knows I'm looking for him. He has my work and home phone numbers but so far nothing.

I only want my money back, though without legal recourse I'm reliant on the owner doing the right thing.

I've a couple more channels to follow up on but it looks like he took my money and ran.

Good news DB! Glad to hear everything turned out all right. I remember a music store in Muskegon that went out of business a few years back and took a lot of peoples money with them.
