Hey man, just got my 2019 Roscoe..love it...do have a quick question for you...i know you upgraded your fork and I’m thinking about doing the same, would a 44mm offset fox rhythm work? I know stock is 51mm...appreciate your channel, made me get the Roscoe

As long as the fork is boost 110, no need for a new hub. Boost 110 is pretty common so shouldn't be a problem.

Hey! I have a Roscoe 8, this is my first mtb so I’m not very familiar with axle standards. When updgrading the fork, is a hub upgrade also needed if the fork is thru axle? Or can the hub that comes with the Roscoe be used or converted? Just curious in case I look to upgrade the fork down the road, not really sure what to look for in fork specs besides travel. Thanks!

I read you estimate 1° of an angle for every 20mm change. So your 130mm fork slackened the head angle by 0.5°. What size of rotors are you running on your bike now.

I do have a 130mm fork on it, so not sure how the math works, but that's 10mm greater than the stock fork so that should make it slightly slacker.

Have you looked into slackening the headangle of the Roscoe. I have a 2018 Roscoe 8 and have been thinking about buying an angle headset. It will make the bike a little longer, lower and slacker. It will make it handle better at higher speeds. Only draw back would be reduce the climbing efficiency a little. I'm not sure exactly which cane creek it would take though. My full suspension has a 66° head angle and it's a blast and not that bad to climb
