I also have the DU tool from mtnbiker4life, works great!

It *almost* works for putting in RWC needle-bearing kits too - but not quite. Good thing they're in-once-and-service as opposed to replace-regularly items.

Thanks for reminding me about him, I'll hit him up for the 3-piece reducer sets!

Saw you reviewed the DT Swiss XR 4.20 rims. Question - you mentioned it was easy to go tubeless with Maxxis tires... how did you do it?

I just asked a bike shop to do the conversion with Maxxis HighRoller UST tires, and they tried - but told me they would have to force the bead onto the rim, and it was a no-go. Did you use a conversion kit and run non-UST Maxxis tires (which I've read will break down prematurely due to sealant, and tend to suffer sidewall issues)? Or did you force the tires on without damaging the rims?

Any info (how you did it, how long you've tested) would be much appreciated. Thanks!!!

Nope, not Huck 'n Roll, but it's good to know I should avoid them. I had no idea on-line retailers were such taboo around here. Lesson learned. I really wish there were some sort of recourse, a ton of people on this forum buy on-line with no way of knowing who takes care of their customers and who doesn't. It's a shame.
    All the best,
    Bob
