Hi Allison, I recently had proximal hamstring surgery and have been searching for info on realistic timelines for riding again. My surgeon and PT are useless. I tried your blog but something seems corrupted, unless your blogging in Japanese. Any info you could provide would be much appreciated. Hope you get this and thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I figured that it might work on an alloy post, but probably wouldn't be very smart with a carbon post.

Allison, When I go to your blog, it say the site might harm my computer. Pasted below is the warning I get. I have your blog on my blogrole. As a result, two of my readers told me that they get warning from Google Chrome when they go to my site. One of them copied the message he gets and it says your site has something malicious on it. That's how I found out. I clicked your site to see what would happen and this is what it said:

    Hi Allison,
I saw a link to your blog and I checked it out. I love it! I went back to the beginning entries and I'm reading to catch up to current. Wow, usually people feel like their snooping and keep quiet, but I thought I should tell you how interesting it is to read the day to day thoughts of another competitive female mt biker. I have started a blog too! I had been thinking about it off and on for a year or so, but when I saw yours, it pushed me over the edge. My blog is sort of a combination of self depreciating humor (because I'm not that fast in my class), training stuff, and musings on all things biking. I like your method of taking self photos while on the bike. I tried it and will probably do that a lot. I really love the Fat Cyclist's blog too. I haven't read your current posts, so I don't know how you're doing right now. Hopefully great! Thanks for the info on your last MTBR thread.
