    Dear Mr Intense, I am 168cm x 29" inseam. What size should I take? S or M?

I am asking you this because, here in Singapore, there is not a single Carbine for demo anywhere. I would like to buy one but there is a long waiting list. Surely, my LBS would like to know exactly which frame size I should order as no one here is keeping stocks. When I called the distributor for this region, (KSH cycle in Malaysia), they said they had ordered it a month ago and it is yet to show up. Please help me out here.

    Thanks a mil!

    Hi Jeff,

Ryan White says hello. My question is, is there a slim chance that you would have a Tracer 27.5 laying around for purchase by chance? Just checking to see is all. I have been ridingintense since my DH days at big bear in the late 90's. I still have my M1 and my old Uzzi SL hanging up on my wall. Anyway thanks for listening to my rant.

But, today I am informed that you'll only accept a return and that I must foot the bill for all the shipping costs. All I want is a 2011 frame which I paid for, but I can't believe that Intense expects that I should pay any more money in order to get my money back for a mistake that Intense or the distributor made.
I double checked that it was 2011 and to send me an old model is to deliberately bait and switch me.
I don't know what recourse is left to me but I am a member here on MTBR and in spite of what I have read about Intense customer service I took the the plunge, but now I'm one of those people who feel they've not been treated fairly and I'm paying the price, literally.
I'm sure you get a lot of people contacting you directly and perhaps you'll never even read my message, but I'm hoping that you'll take my complaint seriously.

    Regards,
    Nigel Cass.

    Hello,
My name is Nigel and I recently bought a 2011 951 frameset last month. I've always dreamed of owning an Intense bike and only recently was I able to buy one, but my dream has turned into a nightmare.
When I ordered my frame I specifically ordered a 2011 frame because I wanted the improved rear-end. I was told it was a special Cane Creek edition 2011. I've never seen one of those in a 2011 so I asked my dealer to double check. They said they contacted Intense and that it was confirmed as a 2011 model with the new rear end.
Well, after the frame gets shipped and arrives I open the box to discover it is in fact a 2010 frame. I've since waited three weeks for either the Canadian distributor or Intense to figure out who made the mistake and how they'd take care of it. I even suggested I'd accept the old frame if Intense replaced the rear-end with the new 2011 model. Continued---
