WTB: Mbits 7.0 Shock for Palomino

Anyone happen to have a new or used 7.0 shock? I think mine has a crack in the body. Need it to fit a 2003 Palomino. Thanks in advance.

Did you know that you can upgrade to the 7.2 Maverick air shock? It's much more small bump compliant then the Mbits unit.
Make sure to get the black Mono Link too.

Didja call Maverick and ask for a package deal? 303.415.0370

I know I can upgrade. I don't have the $$$ and am hoping someone still has a 7.0 around. I'd like nothing better than a 7.2 and the new monolink, just not in the budget. Thanks!

Bummer, when I talked to them they made it sound like they would have them for 20 years...where do you live? I may sell my old one to you...I may want to hold on to it? It stopped holding air and was cheaper to buy a new one than to service it at the time. I will have to consider keeping it....

Live in the Atlanta area. Usually if it's leaking air it's only a matter of opening the shock and cleaning the wiper seal. I've done it. It's pretty easy. Also put on the improved seal. Don't know if it is still on the Maverick site, but there's a PDF of the 7.0 service manual. If you'd like I can email it to you.

I bought an extra from ebay as well for my wife's palomino. You may want to wait awhile as they used to keep coming up every few weeks.
