NEW LEG GUARDS ARE IN! (and other goodies)

To all Maverick fork owners, new leg guards are in!

Made in PA, the good ole US of A.

Guards are now made of Nylon 66, not the old polycarbonate of the past.
Poly is great material, but does not have the elasticity for the abuse they get on the fork.
Nylon 66 is the original material used on the guards from 2003, and some (a lot) of those are still going!

    Thanks All!

P.S. more new parts are in as well, here is a quick list, more info and web page to come:
-Stainless Steel QR links, these replace the alloy part on the drop out that the QR bolt threads into and have a propensity to crack

    -Nylon 66 leg guards

-Alloy sealheads for the forks, these replace the plastic versions, they mimic the original ones, but have a much higher tolerance for the seal and much better "pop" resistance. In black or silver anodize color. (they won't crack either!)

-AVR: Air Volume Reducers, these mimic the added oil to a 29er air chamber set-up without having to add 30-45cc of fluid, just 5-10cc's. If you've experienced lack of consistency in your 29er set-up DUC or SC32, this will fix that

    Coming soon:
-New, non vented attachment bosses for 2008+ rear dampers. Much better tune-abilty and MUCH better overall damper longevity. Pair that with our new Delrin rear damper negative spring guide, and rear damper durability and consistency goes thru the roof!!
E-mail us for more info and pics.

-IFP's for 29ers. These allow separation of air and oil making for much more consistent damping and firm climb mode.

-Custom shims: We now offer custom shims for the forks. Much needed addition with the IFP's these greatly reduce the common "hand slap" and harsh small and mid bump compliance. Customs shims allow the use of more air pressure to keep the fork riding higher in it's travel and reduce brake dive.

All for now, give us an e-mail shout to get more information!

The AVR is awesome. I've got it on my 29er fork (right Ethan?) and I love the feel.

Looking forward to seeing those seal heads.
99% of the problems and questions posted here would be answered if people actually walked into a bicycle shop and asked

    Damn dude....

I just got the kit i ordered from you.
If you would only have mentioned this in our previous mails, i think i would have gotten me a set as well.
And since when do you have the sealheads in black ?
This would have saved me some cash, since i have the silver ones that i need to get re-anodised.

*Added a few pics of the service kit, AVR"s, IFP's and sealheads.
