    Mav american fork question

    I picked up a american fork,I went to pump the fork legs without a wheel in place and one of the legs didnt return.Is only one side of the fork sprung,or does the fork have issues

    Yes, like many other air spring mountain bike forks out there, only the one side is the air spring.

    Damper cartridge is low on pressure
    When the damper leg was installed it was bottomed out to remove all the casting air and will hang like that. Doing so make the fork a little bit small bump compliant.
