Any travellers, bikepackers , expedionist with maverick?

I've been "dreaming" about start traveling with bike (I guess this may be the effect of being on Erasmus 1 year with an almost brand new ML8 at home), so I've been searching about how people do it, what do they use to store stuff, etc but never seen a Maverick.
If there is anyone out thre show please how you do it =)
